1930's Blue Velvet

The cutest 1930's midnight blue bias-cut silk velvet gown with puff sleeves and a belt with self-covered buckle. Beautiful lines with gathered panels from shoulders to sides across the bust diagonally, and keyhole opening in the back with a side zipper. Small Tear in the seam on the bust rouching, small pinholes scattered. Good vintage condition. 

Remember, this is bias cut so sizing is flexible
