Y2K Silk Bias Floral Chiffon Caché Dress

This Caché dress has everything you're looking for in a dress from this era: asymmetrical tiered ruffles, florals in silk chiffon, beading, spaghetti straps, and a "neck scarf," likely inspired by the Indian Dupatta.
