1930's Bias Silk + Lace French Spaghetti Strap Slip Dress

The most incredible handmade French bias-cut spaghetti strap slip dress with lace appliqué, silk and embroidered appliqué, and pin-tucking. This silk is super luminous, almost reflective the way it catches the light. A truly special piece full of handcrafted design details. It's incredible to see all the handiwork in the tiny stitches inside the dress. There was a hole in the back of the piece we have mended with a hand-sewn lace applique in 1930's Alençon lace. There are some faint discolorations scattered but it's in excellent condition. We have a sister piece as well.
