1930's bias-cut floral silk chiffon dress

This is a stunning example of a 1930's dress, beautifully cut of green, orange, and citrine florals on a black background. It has all the beautiful 30's lines, peplum flounces, flutter sleeves, and little velvet bows lining the shoulder seems. The belt made of matching chiffon and the loops are still fully intact. Excelleny vintage condition. Some small pulls in the front, and a seam separation at the front right side of the hip ruffle. Best fits a S.
