1990's Embellished Velvet Jacket

Beautiful Victorian-style embellished velvet cropped jacket. Likely inspired by Victorian mourning garb. The jacket is fully decorated front, back, collar and cuffs in beads and sequins. Perfect little black jacket to make any outfit more glamorous. Throw it over a silk and/or lace slip dress for a timeless look. No major damage, some loose threads and minor bead loss.
